About Lisa

I am ready to help you navigate your healing journey! I have over 30 years’ experience in the mental health field and have been providing therapy services to children, adults, couples, and families. My focus now is helping adults heal from trauma and distress with online EMDR therapy. I am a mother of two young adults and have managed my own episodes of depression and anxiety, have worked through family and interpersonal issues, and believe that therapy has made all the difference in my life.  I am very passionate about helping others heal and I look forward to partnering with you on your journey.

Virtual Clinical Therapy

My virtual EMDR clinical therapy services allow clients to receive the support and guidance they need from the comfort and privacy of their own homes by offering a safe and confidential space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and work towards their personal goals.

Consultation Services

As an EMDR certified therapist and consultant in training (CIT), I provide virtual/telehealth consultation hours to therapists. Through online consultation services, I help therapists deepen their understanding of EMDR therapy and its applications, and provide guidance and support as they develop their clinical skills and work towards their certification hours.
